Payomatix Payments Institute (PPI) delivers digital and in‑person educational services, not physical goods. This page describes how program access and deliverables are provided to you. Because no physical goods are shipped, no shipping, delivery, or handling charges are levied on any purchase.
1. Nature of Delivery
PPI does not ship any physical products. All programs are delivered as:
- Online/digital access via our Learning Management System (LMS) at onlineacademy.payomatix.com, or
- In‑person/offline sessions at a partner institution's campus or a designated venue, or
- Hybrid — a combination of both, as specified on the program page.
2. Service Geography
Direct online purchases on onlineacademy.payomatix.com are currently offered to learners located in India, with payment in INR via Indian payment methods (see Terms and Conditions §4). institute.payomatix.com and onlineacademy.payomatix.com are technically accessible from anywhere with an internet connection, but we do not currently support non‑INR payment or billing for individual online‑academy purchases; overseas institutions/corporates should contact us directly.
3. Digital Access Timeline
- On successful payment confirmation, LMS access credentials are sent to your registered email within 24 hours (typically instantly, subject to payment gateway confirmation).
- For instructor‑led cohorts, full access to session recordings, slides, and materials is granted progressively as each session is delivered, per the cohort schedule shared at enrolment.
4. Offline/On‑Campus Sessions
- Venue, schedule, and reporting instructions for on‑campus sessions are communicated by your Faculty Coordinator or via email at least 3–5 working days before the session, subject to the specific program's confirmed calendar.
5. Certificates
- Certificates are issued digitally only, with a unique certificate ID and QR verification (verifiable at
institute.payomatix.com/verify). PPI does not currently offer physical/printed certificates or postal dispatch for any program. - Digital certificates are issued within a maximum of 30 working days of successful completion of the program's assessment criteria. Many programs issue certificates sooner; where a shorter timeline is stated on a specific program page, that shorter timeline applies.
6. Delays
We are not responsible for delays in digital access caused by your email provider, internet connectivity, or payment gateway processing delays.
