This Cancellation Policy applies to programs and courses purchased through onlineacademy.payomatix.com.
1. Cancellation by the Learner
- You may cancel your enrolment at any time by writing to institute@payomatix.com with your registered email and transaction ID.
- Eligibility for a refund on cancellation is governed by our Refund Policy: 100% refund if cancelled before LMS access is granted; thereafter 80% within 48 hours of payment, 50% within 5 calendar days, and no refund after 5 calendar days.
- Cancelling your enrolment revokes your LMS access and any pending certificate eligibility for that program.
2. Cancellation or Rescheduling by PPI
PPI reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule a cohort/session in the following circumstances:
- Insufficient minimum enrolment for a live cohort (minimum 30 students for a standalone online‑academy cohort, unless a different minimum is stated on the specific program page)
- Trainer unavailability, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, epidemic/pandemic, government action, internet/power outages, etc.)
In such cases, PPI will:
- Notify enrolled learners at the earliest opportunity, and in any case before the scheduled start where possible
- Offer the option of (a) transferring to the next available cohort at no extra cost, or (b) a full refund of 100% of fees paid for that program, with no deduction of payment gateway or processing charges (see Refund Policy §1(c))
3. Learner‑Requested Deferral or Cohort Transfer
For instructor‑led/live cohort programs, if you are unable to continue with your enrolled cohort, you may request a one‑time transfer to the next available cohort of the same program at no additional charge, provided you request the transfer before your enrolled cohort's start date. Transfer requests after the cohort has started are treated as a cancellation under Section 1 and are subject to the Refund Policy, not this transfer allowance. This deferral option does not apply to self‑paced courses, where your LMS access period (stated on the program's pricing page) already provides flexibility on timing.
4. University/Institution‑Run Cohorts
For cohorts delivered under a university or corporate MoU, cancellation terms (including notice periods and minimum enrolment thresholds) are as set out in the applicable signed MoU, which governs over this general policy for that cohort.
5. No‑Show Policy
Non‑attendance at live sessions without formal cancellation does not entitle a learner to a refund or make‑up session, beyond what is provided for in the Refund Policy.
