If a certificate does not verify
Check the ID for a transposed character first - 0 and O, 1 and I are the usual suspects. If it still fails, write to institute@payomatix.com and we will confirm within one working day.

Verifying a whole cohort? We issue institutions a signed list at cohort close rather than making you check IDs one at a time.
Why this page exists
A credential nobody can check is a decoration. Ours carries a public record so an employer never has to take our word for it, or the candidate's.
