    Terms and Conditions

The terms that govern your use of institute.payomatix.com, onlineacademy.payomatix.com, and every Payomatix Payments Institute program.

    Last updated: 10 August 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website institute.payomatix.com and the online learning platform onlineacademy.payomatix.com (together, the "Platform"), operated by Payomatix Technologies Private Limited — an affiliate/group company of Payomatix Technologies FZCO, Dubai — operating as Payomatix Payments Institute ("PPI", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing the Platform, registering for a program, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

    1. Who We Are

PPI is the skilling, certification, and placement‑facilitation vertical of Payomatix Technologies. PPI is an industry delivery and certification partner — not a degree‑granting body, and not affiliated with or recognised by UGC, AICTE, or any other statutory education regulator. References elsewhere on this Platform to UGC 2024 guidelines or NCrF/ABC alignment describe how our curricula are designed to be compatible with those frameworks for credit‑transfer purposes at partner institutions — they are not a claim of regulatory recognition, accreditation, or approval of PPI itself. Where a program is delivered in partnership with a university or institution, that institution retains full and exclusive academic authority over credit, curriculum approval, and degree matters.

    2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to independently purchase a program directly on this Platform. Learners below this age may not purchase directly; they may be enrolled only (a) through a parent/guardian completing the purchase on their behalf, or (b) through their university/institution's own enrolment and consent process under an institutional MoU, in which case the institution is responsible for obtaining any consent required for a minor's participation.

    3. Programs and Enrolment

    • Programs include, without limitation: awareness sessions, certificate programs, institutional/semester‑embedded courses, corporate training batches, and self‑paced or instructor‑led online courses on onlineacademy.payomatix.com.
    • Enrolment for direct online purchases is confirmed on receipt of full payment and issuance of a confirmation email/LMS access. Milestone or instalment payment schedules (partial advance, balance before commencement) apply only to programs delivered under a signed institutional or corporate MoU, not to direct individual purchases on onlineacademy.payomatix.com, unless a specific program page states otherwise.
    • LMS access duration is stated against each course on its program/pricing page. Self‑paced online‑academy courses currently carry lifetime access; instructor‑led/live cohort programs are governed by the cohort schedule instead. Where a program page states a different access period, that stated period applies.
    • Each course on the pricing page is marked as self‑paced or instructor‑led/live cohort; where a course is instructor‑led, cohort start dates, minimum enrolment, and session schedule are shown on that program's page.
    • Program content, hours, delivery mode, and schedule are as described on the relevant program page at the time of enrolment and may be updated between cohorts; enrolled learners will be notified of any material change affecting their current cohort.

    4. Fees and Payment

    • All fees are as listed on the applicable program/pricing page at the time of purchase, in Indian Rupees (INR), exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated as inclusive.
    • Direct online purchases on onlineacademy.payomatix.com are currently offered to learners in India, in INR, via Indian payment methods (UPI, Indian‑issued cards, net banking) only. We do not currently process international/non‑INR card payments or cross‑border collections for individual online‑academy purchases. Institutions or corporates outside India wishing to engage PPI should contact us directly to discuss a separate arrangement.
    • Payments are processed through our payment gateway partner. We do not store your full card or bank credentials; payment data is handled per the payment processor's own security standards (PCI‑DSS).
    • All payments made on onlineacademy.payomatix.com are collected by, and settled to, Payomatix Technologies Private Limited. Your card or bank statement will show a billing descriptor of PAYOMATIX; Payomatix Payments Institute is a business division of Payomatix Technologies Private Limited and is not a separate merchant of record.
    • Milestone/instalment payment terms described for institutional or corporate MoUs are set out in the applicable signed MoU and do not apply to purchases made directly by individual learners on onlineacademy.payomatix.com (see Section 3).

    5. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge was made in error or you are dissatisfied with a purchase, please contact us at institute@payomatix.com before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer — most issues can be resolved faster this way, and our Refund Policy sets out clear timelines for legitimate refund requests. Raising a chargeback for a transaction that was authorised and for which services were rendered as described, without first contacting us, may be treated as an abusive or fraudulent chargeback; in such cases we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access and to recover any costs or fees (including chargeback fees) reasonably incurred as a result, in addition to any other remedy available to us by law.

    6. Certification

    • Certificates are issued by Payomatix Technologies Private Limited on successful completion of the stated assessment criteria (attendance, assessment score, and/or capstone submission, as applicable to the program). Our parent company's PCI‑DSS Level 1 certification relates to how we secure payment card data on this Platform (see Section 4) and is not a claim about the accreditation, recognition, or quality rating of any certificate issued.
    • We do not represent that a student "becomes certified" as a professional designation; the certificate evidences successful completion of the specific PPI program undertaken.
    • Certificates carry a unique certificate ID and are verifiable at institute.payomatix.com/verify.

    7. Placement and Internship Support

    • Where offered, internship and placement support is provided on a best‑endeavour facilitation basis only. PPI does not guarantee placement, internship, interview, or any employment outcome, and does not represent placement statistics or percentages as assured outcomes.
    • All hiring and interview decisions rest solely with the hiring employer. PPI plays a facilitation and coordination role only.

    8. User Conduct

You agree not to: share LMS/course access credentials with third parties; reproduce, resell, or redistribute course content without written permission; submit false information during enrolment; or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

    9. Termination and Suspension

    • We may suspend or terminate your access to a program, without refund of fees already earned for services rendered, if you materially breach Section 8 (User Conduct), engage in fraud (including abusive chargebacks under Section 5), or provide false information at enrolment.
    • Where we terminate your access for a breach on your part, you remain liable for any fees due and are not entitled to a refund for the portion of the program already delivered as at the date of termination; any refund for the undelivered portion, if applicable, will be assessed under the Refund Policy on the same basis as a learner‑initiated cancellation.
    • You may stop using the Platform at any time; this does not by itself entitle you to a refund — refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

    10. Intellectual Property

All course materials, curricula, videos, assessments, and branding on the Platform are the intellectual property of Payomatix Technologies Private Limited and/or its content partners, and are licensed to you for personal, non‑commercial learning use only for the duration of your program access.

    11. Limitation of Liability

    • To the fullest extent permitted by law, PPI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any learner's failure to pass an assessment, complete a program, or achieve any particular academic, certification, or employment outcome.
    • Cap on direct liability: Subject to applicable law, PPI's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with a program, however arising, shall not exceed the amount of fees actually paid by you for that specific program.
    • Carve‑out: Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under Indian law.

    12. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy, which form part of these Terms.

    13. Privacy

Use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

    14. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms where such delay or failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, epidemic or pandemic, acts of government or regulatory authority, strikes, riots, war, or internet or power outages. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected learners and resume performance as soon as practicable.

    15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted on this page with its "Last updated" date. If you have already enrolled and paid for a program, your enrolment continues to be governed by the Terms in force at the date of your purchase for that program, except where a change is required by law or is necessary for security reasons, in which case we will notify you. For any new purchase, the Terms in force at the time of that purchase apply.

    16. Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

For individual learners: Nothing in this Section 16 restricts your right to approach a consumer forum or the courts under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any other statutory forum available to you as a consumer. If a dispute arises, we encourage you to first write to us at institute@payomatix.com so we can attempt to resolve it directly; if unresolved, you remain free to pursue any remedy available to you by law, including before the appropriate consumer forum or the courts at Delhi, which shall have jurisdiction subject to applicable consumer‑protection law.

For institutional and corporate counterparties (universities, corporates, and other organisations contracting with PPI other than as an individual consumer): the parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute through good‑faith negotiation between senior representatives within 30 days of written notice. If unresolved, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by both parties (or, failing agreement on the appointee within 30 days, appointed by the President of the Delhi High Court Arbitration Centre or another neutral appointing authority mutually agreed by the parties), under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with seat and venue at Delhi. Subject to the foregoing, the courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes with institutional/corporate counterparties. This clause is without prejudice to any specific dispute‑resolution clause in a signed institutional MoU, which governs for that relationship.
